The Cabiri’s all-new production EZID opens June 12 at the Cornish Playhouse at Seattle Center. Show dates are June 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20-$35 and are now available. With an original score by the musicians of Yesod, the Cabiri’s spectacular aerialists, acrobats, and dancers dazzle with breathtaking movements and awe inspiring feats in EZID.
EZID is the second installment of the TEA Trilogy, a collection of tales about the angelic Watchers, who travel from the celestial realm to the terrestrial realm. See the next chapter of the story, where the offspring of angel and human rise and attempt to take rulership of the earth. This epic adventure crosses 8,000 years of folktales from Anatolia, through the Levant (present day eastern Mediterranean) and into North Africa.
Missed the first installment of the trilogy? Not to worry – we have a video summary of part one coming soon. New and returning audiences will enjoy EZID, which is designed to be a standalone production and an important part of the trilogy.
